positions seating positions

In the previous post we introduced the discussion on the ideal location for yoga breathing.
Since we came to the conclusion that listening to the breath sitting positions are the best Here we go

Sukhi ASANA: convenient

It's just bend your legs and to put your ankles under the leg. The back should be aligned with the neck and head so as to form a solid line and perpendicular to the ground.
The disadvantages of this position are the reduced stability (Compared to other 3 positions) and the compression of the leg underneath you "fall asleep" easily.

SIDDHA ASANA: perfect location

Sit with legs extended forward and separate. Bend your right knee and bring the heel against the perineum. Then bend the other leg and bring the left foot over and in front of the right. The toe is inserted between leg and thigh.

VAJRA ASANA : position of lightning

Just sit on your heels, or between the heels. The knees can be combined or separated.
You can use pillows to place where there is more pressure: below the neck or under the heel of the foot.

PADMA ASANA : the lotus position

It 's the most difficult position. Usually need a long period before being able to run it and master it.
Stand with your legs straight. Lift the right foot, keeping it turned up, lay it on the left thigh as high as possible to the side. Bring your left foot on right thigh, keeping it always turned upwards.
get used to it starts with the half-lotus position, which prepares and knees ankles to the full position.
