To achieve good static apnea is essential to be well prepared both physically and mentally, we must let all the stress out of the water, all the problems and our daily lives.

  3. Before you start training for freediving static apnea is good to do 3-4 warm-that allow us to gradually get to the performance;
  4. not fill the lungs more than 70-80% of total capacity: inspiration does not allow a state of total relaxation optimal
  5. not do more than 8 static training session
Now You just have to try to hold your breath!
