Land Phone Disconnection Letter

Raise your hand if you at least once suffered from back pain and even had to cancel the swim because of the pain!
More or less at least 70% of world population are suffering or have suffered from back pain and more or less than this figure may be applied also to the population sub. Despite the absence of gravity, some behaviors, movements or activities related to diving can aggravate back pain or neck.
Our body is designed for walking and then when we swim, and with more cylinders and fins, it is "loaded" in a way that we're not used to it and then we're going to strain the muscles that usually work in different ways.
If back pain is avoidable in immersion, neck problems may arise during the dive because we always be able to see the neck hyperextended. To look around us we have to raise your head about 50-60 degrees and this contrasts with the natural curvature of your back moving a lot of weight on its top. To avoid this during the dive just curl up into a ball several times to avoid further back pain.
course, the more you become more expert in water decreases the chances of back pain because they acquire a better attitude and we need less ballast moves better in water.

Behind it all there must be a minimum training and athletic events stretching / toning, nutrition and hydration.

In the next post we will propose some exercises for the elasticity of the spine and to strengthen the back and not just ... so ... STAY TUNED!
